Mallakhamb India, featuring Rajesh Amrale with Rajesh Rao, are to be part La Soirée at the London’s Aldwych Theatre until 3 February 2018. This talented pair first caught La Soirée’s attention over five years ago and they have been nurturing this cultural exchange for all these years. La Soirée, with a new family-friendly show, La Petite Soirée opened on Friday 1st December 2017 and runs until 3rd February 2018. Presented by Brett Haylock, Mark Rubinstein and Mick Perrin, La Petite Soirée is a heady cocktail of intimate cabaret, comedy, circus sideshow and contemporary variety from across the globe.
The Rajesh Amrale and Rajesh Rao show is straight from the streets of Mumbai. Mesmerising yet immensely powerful, it is based on the ancient art of Mallakhamb and rarely performed outside of its homeland of India. This pair of acrobats will display extraordinary mix of unparalleled strength, speed and skill.
